I don`t normally write reviews but I had to for this company I recently used Genesis, they attended a burst pipe in my basement and from the start to finish i found their company very professional and very understanding of my crisis situation. They asked me a few questions about my flooded basement to diagnose the problem and within the hour they had arrived at my door, which was amazing bearing in mind I had called a few other drainage companies with no responses. Once the technicians had excavated the floor of my basement located the burst pipe, then replaced it with the new pipe, the problem was fixed, fast, efficient and for a same day call out I found the cost for the works very reasonable, I would highly recommend this company. "First . A large delivery van drove over my manhole on my drive and it completely collapsed, it was dangerous as someone else could drive or walk on the driveway in the dark and go down it. I phoned Genesis. They came out as an emergency within 35 minutes and removed broken manhole and supplied and installed new one. I would strongly recommend them.
